Embark on over 1000 km of cycling and hiking trails, providing endless opportunities for adventure in the beautiful Carinthia region. For avid golfers, the renowned Bad Kleinkirchheim golf course, nestled in the gentle alpine embrace of the Nock Mountains, is a must-visit destination and one of Austria's most popular golf courses.
During the winter season, indulge in the thrill of 103 kilometers of ski slopes, ranging from 1,100 m to 2,055 m in altitude. Marvel at the breathtaking panoramic views of the southern Alps and the entire ski area. Our slopes cater to skiers of all levels, with eight kilometers of challenging black ski runs, including the world-famous "Kärnten - Franz Klammer" World Cup downhill run.

Conveniently located just 800 meters away (a 10-minute walk) from the apartment, the nearest ski lift awaits. As parking space is limited, we recommend taking a short car ride (6 minutes) to the Kaiserburg-Bahn or Nockalm-Bahn. These areas offer a variety of ski rentals and ski schools to ensure you have a seamless skiing experience.
Within a 5-6 minute drive from the apartment, you'll discover two thermal baths, Therme Römerbad and Therme St.Kathrain, offering wellness facilities and saunas that are open year-round.
Take the opportunity to explore the magnificent lakes surrounding Bad Kleinkirchheim, such as Millstätter See, Feldsee, Afritzer See, Falkertsee, Turachsee, and more. Additionally, the vibrant cities of Villach and Klagenfurt are both within an hour's drive from the apartment.
We take pride in offering everything you need for a delightful stay. Our quiet and comfortable apartment, with its stunning view, will help you unwind and recharge. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, stove, fridge, as well as all necessary cookware and cutlery. In the bright living room, you'll find a large sofa bed, armchairs, and a coffee table, providing a cozy space for relaxation. The dining area features a spacious table and comfortable chairs. The apartment offers three separate bedrooms, two with king-sized double beds and the third with an extendable sofa bed measuring 1.60 m in width. There are two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet. One of the bathrooms has a direct entry from the bedroom. Soft towels and quality bedding will be prepared for your arrival.
Apartment is situated on the ground floor of a two-story house. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, are also available. The initial supply of bed linens, towels, dish towels, sponges, dishwasher tablets, and detergent are provided and included in the rental price.

Don't think twice: book it if it's available for your dates. A true fairy tale with a million dollar panoramic view over the valley. Looking forward to come again for the winter holidays and see how everything looks under the snow.
